You are Invited!
Join us as we celebrate our history and envision our future! FaithTrust Institute invites you to celebrate 40 years of working to equip faith communities with the tools they need to address domestic violence, sexual assault, and clergy misconduct. As we celebrate this milestone, we are paying special tribute to the world-changing contributions of FaithTrust’s founder, Rev. Dr. Marie M. Fortune, who has dedicated her life to supporting survivors and educating faith communities across the globe. Her original vision and investment of heart, mind, and soul continues to inspire and inform the ongoing work of so many.
To honor Rev. Dr. Marie M. Fortune, and to mark this momentous occasion for FaithTrust Institute, you are invited to join us for a celebratory panel discussion and reception prior to the 2017 American Academy of Religion Annual Meeting. The multifaith panel of scholar-activists will discuss the impact of Rev. Dr. Fortune’s work and look toward the future with excitement and creativity.
